Today ,8 February 2010 wake up morning after solat subuh.i jog with my grandma.haha for our healthy its help our blood circulation and also reduce stress.am I stress this time?ouh yea,im in positive stress.;pwe all havin a great breakfast today my grandpa ate roti canai,my grandma ate curry mee,and me ate nasi lemak.is too delicious,ermm yummy yummy!;pafter we breakfast I help my grandma to tidy up my room and also at her balcony.after a few minutes,I m so exhausted and finally take a nap for a while.look at handphone time is 11 o clock so I suppose to get ready for lunch menu.today I cook asam pedas,kerabu tauge kerang,and also ikan keli goring.but kerabu tauge kerang im not ate I cook for my own vegetable menu today is cabbage steam.hhaa.thats my favourite.it doesn’t have any cholesterol.even it doesn’t use any oil for cook it;p.take care my health well for future.hahha.
